This course provides a comprehensive overview of the concepts and applications of finance and investment management in corporations. The first course in the series focused on analyzing corporate financial statements and ratios and other financial information, while the second course focused on analyzing financial planning and risk management.

In this course you will learn how to value corporations in a manner consistent with their asset value and the way capital structure enables investors to measure the value creation through dividends and share issuance. This course focuses on the financial statements and ratios of corporations. The emphasis in this course is primarily on the financial statements of corporations that are required by law to file a financial statement with the IRS.
The course also covers basic financial statement analysis including valuation methods including factor value analysis, level of risk, and the like. The course also covers the basics of financial statement preparation including preparation of financial statements. A number of methods are covered throughout the course including simulation, Haldol, and an analysis of other corporations in the same industry.
