The decision to make a decision is the key to everything in business. In this course, you will learn why and how decision-making is key to business success. You will be able to differentiate different decision-making styles, and understand how different decision-making styles might impact the success of a business decision. You will learn how to set goals and objectives, and how achieve these objectives and goals. You will also be able to structure your ideas and information processing resources to support your decision making. You will be able to create a financial justification for your decisions, and use measurement techniques for decision making. You will also be able to negotiate and arbitrate decisions, and use a variety of techniques for reaching agreements and striking a balance. This course also focuses on the decision-making skills needed in the performance analysis and in-depth decision making required in the performance evaluation of business decisions. Our emphasis in this course is on the decision-making process, and we will cover the different decision-making tasks that you will learn to do to help you make the best decision. We will cover topics such as setting goals, objectives, and resources, and covering models and techniques for decision making, along with the various stages of the decision making process. We will also look at scenarios and help you avoid ones that you may experience. This course examines the intersection of drug policy and health, focusing on the former through of the latter in the context of current drug use trends. The lecture series will examine the historical, social, and biological determinants of drug use, as well as the policy and societal responses to these trends. This third course will review the issue of drug use and its consequences, focusing specifically on the consequences of illicit drug use and its related harms.
