Protecting Business Innovations Via Trademark
This course teaches how to register a trademark using the process of trademark law in the United States, how to seek protection of trademark rights in countries all around the world, and how to preserve trademark rights in the US. We’ll also look at the most common techniques used to register trademarks, including methods of private notice, dispute resolution, and infringement. We’ll also look at how trademarks are enforced, and what happens if a trademark is not registered properly?
We’ll also look at how trademarks are created, including how a company can approach the mark owner to ask for an exception to be granted, and we’ll look at how trademarks are protected, including the process of obtaining a trademark, and how to protect yourself if you are unable to register a trademark.
This is an in-depth course, as the understanding of the Russian system of trademark law would allow you to enter into more detailed discussions in the future.

Procrastination is a difficult yet wonderful phenomenon to study. We often find ourselves in situations in life where our rational (rational) faculties fail us, and our emotions take over. This course examines the nature of procrastination, and attempts to understand why it is that some people have trouble sticking to their beliefs, while others react with passion and even hostility. We’ll study the phenomenon of procrastination as it relates to the nature of human reason, and our social and cultural environment.
