Adapt your leadership style to the needs of the organization
Your leadership style will determine whether you are able to effectively communicate your values and take action to address today’s challenges. This course focuses on three areas: how well you can convey your leadership philosophy, your background and learning style, and your background and leadership style. You’ll also explore strategies that can help you do both.
In this first part, we will define the problem solving style and the skills needed to develop it; we will look at the communication skills needed to foster effective negotiation; and we will look at how to communicate your values and take action to address today’s challenges. By the end of this course, you’ll be able to develop your leadership style and differentiate yourself in negotiation. In the course, you will be able to negotiate more competently and use persuasive tactics to influence the other person to your will. Whether you’re a student manager trying to convince your colleagues to adopt your leadership style, a seasoned entrepreneur trying to convince your competitors to follow your lead, or a parent trying to convince your children to follow in their footsteps, you’ll learn to communicate your values and take action to address today’s challenges.
The course is designed to teach you how to communicate effectively in negotiation. By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
– Differentiate yourself effectively in negotiation
– Use persuasive tactics and negotiation skills to influence the other person to your will
