Budgeting and Scheduling Projects
You’ have a lot of projects to do. Budgeting and scheduling are critical for your projects. In this course, we’ll focus on how to budget and schedule projects. We’ll learn by example and from experience how to structure your projects and make sure you’ll have the resources you need. We’ll also focus on common challenges you’ll run into while working on projects.
This is the third course in the series: Course 1: Budgeting and Scheduling Concepts, and Course 2: Project and Project Time Management.

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
– write effective deadlines and milestones
– organize your projects in groups
– create a work breakdown structure
– create a budget
– create a schedule
– make contingency plans
– analyze project risks and develop an estimate
The course is divided into four modules:
– Work Breakdown Structure (WBS),
– Outline a Budget (OBC),
– Run Projects (RT),
WBS gives you a framework to organize your projects. It also gives you an overview of the project timeline. In addition, the WBS helps you to allocate resources. In this course, you’ll also learn how to utilize resources efficiently. In turn, your projects will benefit from the OBC.
OBC is the cornerstone of project scheduling. It shows the sequence of your projects, the number of people involved in each, and the amount of time it will take to complete each phase of the project. In this course, you’ll learn how to utilize both RFPs and MVS. This will help you to build a successful schedule.
