Budgeting and Scheduling Projects
You’ have a lot of projects to do. Budgeting and scheduling are critical for your projects. In this course, we’ll focus on how to budget and schedule projects. We’ll learn by example and from experience how to structure your projects and make sure you’ll have the resources you need. We’ll also focus on common challenges you’ll run into while working on projects.

This is the third course in the series: Course 1: Budgeting and Scheduling Concepts, and Course 2: Project and Project Time Management.

If you’re new to project management, this is the course for you!

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
– write effective deadlines and milestones
– organize your projects in groups
– create a work breakdown structure
– create a budget
– create a schedule
– make contingency plans
– analyze project risks and develop an estimate

The course is divided into four modules:

– Work Breakdown Structure (WBS),
– Outline a Budget (OBC),
– Run Projects (RT),

WBS gives you a framework to organize your projects. It also gives you an overview of the project timeline. In addition, the WBS helps you to allocate resources. In this course, you’ll also learn how to utilize resources efficiently. In turn, your projects will benefit from the OBC.

OBC is the cornerstone of project scheduling. It shows the sequence of your projects, the number of people involved in each, and the amount of time it will take to complete each phase of the project. In this course, you’ll learn how to utilize both RFPs and MVS. This will help you to build a successful schedule.

After completing this course, you’ll be able to:
– write effective deadlines and milestones
– organize your projects in groups
– create a working budget (WBC)
– create a schedule
– make contingency plans
– analyze project risks and develop an estimate

Business Models for Innovative Care for Older People

Course Link: https://www.coursera.org/learn/business-models-innovative-care

Business Models for Innovative Care for Older People
An examination of the concepts, role models, and customer value in the design and implementation of innovative ways to provide older people with innovative and personalized care. We will explore the value case for innovation in the care of older people, and investigate the design and implementation of innovative ways to provide older people with innovative and personalized care. We will also consider the role of business models and models of innovation in expanding the care of the elderly.

We examine the concept of innovative care in the context of older adults and older population, as well as in the context of current and future generations. As an example, we will look at the business models of giant companies such as GCP, which has more than 1.5 million employees, or Ener1, and UCD, which has 1.7 million employees. Together, these companies employ more than 6 million people across the globe.

In this course, we will consider the value case for innovation in the care of older people in three broad themes:
1. The role of business models for innovation in elderly care;
2. Designing and implementing innovative technologies to enhance the quality of older person’s care;
3. Designing and implementing innovative payment models that provide value for seniors and their care, and that are accessible and efficient.
