In this project-centered course you will design a business strategy for a new company that you believe you will enter the market as a leader. You will do this using the business strategy methodologies found in the Specialization. You will use the methodologies to evaluate and/or create competitive advantages, and will use the methodologies to reach your desired end product. You will have a chance to solve a real world business problem, and apply the key methodologies and techniques found in the specialization to develop a viable business strategy.
